The
Aviation Networking Forum (ANF) will take place on Sunday in the Forum Ballroom of Caesar’s Palace Hotel & Casino. Please pay special attention to the information below regarding the Aviation Networking Forum registration process:

Registration for the ANF will be available ONLY from the ACPC website www.acpc.com beginning
on Monday, May
14, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. EST.
· Anyone who wishes to register for the ANF must do so by first completing the online ACPC conference registration.
There will be no "mail in" registration for the ANF.
· Upon registering online for the conference, you will receive a confirmation number to be used as your access code to
register for the ANF.
· When you have completed the online ANF registration, the system will issue an ANF confirmation number. The
system will date and time stamp each electronic registration. This ANF confirmation number will determine only the
assignment order of your booth. This is not your booth number.
· Please note that the ANF has a limited number of booths available and is on a "first come, first served basis" only. We
fully expect to fill all booths for this event. It is suggested that you register for the conference and the ANF as early as
possible. ACPC allows only one booth per registered company.
·
Your company must have at least one person duly registered as an ACPC attendee before the ANF application
will be accepted.
· The ANF rules and regulations will be strictly enforced and should be reviewed in their entirety located online at
www.acpc.com.
· Refund requests must be received in writing by July 13, 2012. Please send request by e-mail to Billie Groff at

Either coordinator, Karen Cantor of B/E Aerospace or Billie Groff of Volvo Logistics will be contacting you via email within 3
weeks after you have registered to discuss booth assignment. The official ACPC published “ANF Guide” helps put suppliers and
buyers together in a buyer’s guide format and is distributed to all attendees at the conference.

for 2012!
A web link will be
provided on your confirmation screen at registration to enter your company information to be printed in the ANF Guide.
The link will also be sent out to all exhibitors via email, as in previous years, after your booth is assigned.
The ANF will supply all signage so your company name should reflect exactly what you wish to be displayed during the event.
Online Registration will be accepted until all booths are assigned or July 13, 2012.
Cost of ANF Booth:
$500.00
(Electrical must be PRE-ORDERED at $100.00 each)
You can only order electrical on the ACPC web site if you are a registered ACPC attendee who is registered for the ANF. The
option to order electric for an additional $100.00 will be displayed on the ANF online form. We suggest that you order at the
time of your ANF registration. The FINAL deadline for pre-ordering electrical is Friday, July 13, 2012 4 pm EST.
